Dordt Women Claim 2023 GPAC Cross Country Championship
(North Sioux City, South Dakota) - The 2023 Great Plains Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Championships, powered by Two West and presented by IMA, were held on Saturday, November 4, in North Sioux City, South Dakota, at the Adams Nature Preserve.

Dordt University scored 28 points to claim the 2023 GPAC Championship. Dordt posted the 1st, 4th, 6th, 8th and 9th runners for their total of 28 points. Concordia was second with 42 points, while Hastings was third with 136 points.
Jessica (Kampman) Walczyk from Dordt was the individual champion with a 6K time of 21:20.10.
Today's qualifiers will advance to the NAIA National Championships on November 17, 2023, in Vancouver, Washington.
The NAIA will release a list of the additional team and individual qualifiers next week.
The top-15 runners in the race are GPAC All-Conference and Nate Wolf from Dordt was named the GPAC Women's Cross Country Coach of the Year.
