2024 GPAC Women's Volleyball Postseason Tournament: Semifinal Results

(Sioux City, Iowa) The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Women's Volleyball Tournament action continued on Wednesday, November 13, with semifinal matches. Northwestern and Concordia each advanced to the finals with sweeps on the night.

Top seed Northwestern defeated five seed Hastings in straight sets (25-20, 25-20, 25-21). On the other side of the bracket two seed Concordia was a 3-0 winner over three seed Hastings (25-17, 25-20, 25-14), with three seed Midland defeating six seed Dordt 3-0 (25-12, 25-17, 25-9).

The GPAC Tournament Championship will be on Saturday in Orange City, Iowa. The Red Raiders, ranked No.1 in the NAIA will take on the Bulldogs, ranked No. 2 in the NAIA. The match will start at 7pm.

Both teams will receive an automatic berth to the NAIA National Women's Volleyball Championship. Northwestern as the GPAC regular season champion automatic berth. The GPAC Volleyball Tournament winner (runner-up if Northwestern wins) also receives an automatic berth to the NAIA National Volleyball Championship, locking up the Bulldog berth. 

The 2024 NAIA Volleyball National Championship includes a field of 48 teams. All 48 teams will play in opening round matches played on campus sites nationwide on November 23 . The opening round winners will play at the final site for a 24-team pool play NAIA National Championship December 4-10 , 2024, in Sioux City at the Tyson Events Center.
