Week 12: GPAC Women's Volleyball Players of the Week

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Volleyball Players-of-the-Week
Attacker – Jazlin Douma, Northwestern College (Outside)
Jazlin Douma of Northwestern College is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Attacker-of-the-Week. Douma, a senior, from Orange City, Iowa, had a 5.33 kills per set average while hitting at a .325 clip, posting 32 total kills in six sets this week. She also added 14 digs, surpassing the 1,000 career digs mark at Northwestern.
Setter- Savannah Shelburne, Concordia University
Savannah Shelburne of Concordia University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Setter-of-the-Week. Shelburne, a junior from Omaha, Nebraska, helped lead second-ranked Concordia to wins last week over No. 22 Midland and Dakota Wesleyan. Shelburne posted a combined 46 assists, 14 digs and four aces. She directed a Bulldog offense that outnumbered their opponents in kills, 102-82, in kills.
Defender – Ashley Keck, Concordia University (Defensive Specialist)
Concordia University outside Ashley Keck is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Defender-of-the-Week. Keck, a junior, from Kearney, Nebraska, contributed in all areas as No. 2 Concordia earned wins last week over No. 22 Midland and Dakota Wesleyan. In those victories, Keck totaled a combined 39 digs, 48 service receptions and six blocks. The Bulldogs limited Midland to a .112 hitting percentage and Dakota Wesleyan to a .126 hitting percentage.
