Week 2: GPAC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Honors
(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following women's outdoor track & field athletes-of-the-week for events held March 27-April 2, 2023. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2022-2023 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Field Events – Alivia Baucom, Doane University
Alivia Baucom from Doane University is this week's field athlete-of-the-week. Baucom, a freshman, from Rock Port, Missouri, won the invitational shot put (top 9 competitors entering the meet) at the Central Nebraska Challenge with an NAIA automatic qualifying standard throw of 13.57m (44-06.25). She added a sixth-place finish in the discus with a throw of 39.86m (130-09).
Track Events – Jordan Koepke, Concordia University
Jordan Koepke of Concordia University is this week's track athlete-of-the-week. Koepke, a sophomore, from Gulf Breeze, Florida, won the 400 meter hurdle race at the Central Nebraska Challenge while running an automatic national qualifying time of 1:02.71. That time ranks her No. 1 in the GPAC and No. 6 on the NAIA national list.
