2024 GPAC Women's Tennis Tournament Field Announced
(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Morningside women will be the number one seed when the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Women’s Tennis Tournament begins on Thursday, April 25. The GPAC Women’s Tennis Tournament will be played in Sioux City, Iowa, and South Sioux City, Nebraska, with Morningside University serving as host.

The GPAC Women's Tennis Tournament will be played in Sioux City, Iowa, and South Sioux City, Nebraska, with Morningside University serving as host.
Thursday play will be moved indoors to South Sioux City, Nebraska, at the First Serve Tennis Center because of the projected forecast. Saturday's location is to be determined.
The Mustangs were champions of the regular season with a record of 7-0. Midland will be the two seed after a 6-1 regular season. Concordia will be the three seed (5-2), with Mount Marty the fourth seed (3-4). Doane (2-5) and Northwestern (2-5) will be the five and six seeds. Doane and Concordia earned their seeds by way of the GPAC tiebreaker procedures.
The top six teams from the regular season standings qualify for the postseason tournament. The number one and two seeds will have first round byes.
The champion of the postseason tournament will advance to the NAIA Women's National Tennis Championship in Mobile, Alabama, at the Mobile Tennis Center on May 14-18, 2024.
