Week 4: GPAC Women's Soccer Players of the Week

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following Women's Soccer Players-of-the-Week for contests played September 9-15, 2024. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2024-2025 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program. 

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Women's Soccer Players-of-the-Week

Women's Offense – Kylie Anderson, College of Saint Mary (Forward)

Kylie Anderson of the College of Saint Mary is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women's Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week. Anderson, a senior from Omaha, Nebraska, found the back of the net four times for the Flames in a big win over Bethany. She scored on four of her five tries in the game, including the first goal of the night.

Women's Defense – Jackson Pedersen, Hastings College (Goalkeeper)

Jackson Pedersen of Hastings College is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women's Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week. Pedersen, a senior from Roskilde, Denmark, did not alow a goal in either game this week. She totaled five saves in the two games, including four in their 1-0 victory over Ottawa. She saved the only opportunity from Tabor in their 0-0 draw.
