Week 1 GPAC Women's Soccer Players of the Week

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following Women's Soccer Players-of-the-Week for contests played August 19-25, 2024. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2024-2025 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Women's Offense – Karinna Tel, Dordt University (Forward)

Karinna Tel of Dordt University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women's Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week. Tel, a junior, from Puyallup, Washington, tallied two goals as the Defenders opened its season with win over William Penn.

Women's Defense – Alivia Schade, College of Saint Mary (Goalkeeper)

Alivia Schade of the College of Saint Mary is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women's Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week. Schade, a senior from Kearney, Nebraska, piled up the saves during the week for the Flames. She had eight saves in a 0-0 tie with Park. She also had three saves in another tie earlier in the week against Tabor
