Week 8: GPAC Golf Players of the Week

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following golfers-of-the-week for February 26-March 3, 2023.  Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2023-2024 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Women – No Nominees
Sofia Castelan of Morningside University is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women's Golfer-of-the-Week. Castelan, a senior from Queretaro, Mexico, finished tied for sixth place overall at the OKC Trailblazer event. She had the best round of all golfers at the meet with a one under par 71 during her second round.
