Week 7: Golfers of the Week

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following golfers-of-the-week for October 17-23, 2022. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2022-2023 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Golfers-of-the-Week

Women – Helene Getz Bergmo, Briar Cliff University
Helene Getz Bergmo of Briar Cliff University is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women's Golfer-of-the-Week. Getz Getz Bergmo, a sophomore from Moelv, Norway, took second place out of 39 l golfers on the course at the Swedes Shootout. She finished the tournament tied for the most birdies with five. Shooting a two-round total of 163, she helped the Chargers to a runner-up finish as a team.

Men – No Nominees
