Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Basketball Players-of-the-Week
Offensive – Adrianna Webster, Briar Cliff University (Forward)
Adrianna Webster of Briar Cliff University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men's basketball offensive player-of-the-week. Webster, a senior from Urbana, Iowa, averaged 21 points and shot 51 percent from the field in the Charger Classic. She scored 32 points and went 12-for-21 from the field against Valley City State while grabbing eight rebounds and dishing four assists.
Defensive – Sarah Shepard, Midland University (Guard)
Sarah Shepard of Midland University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men's basketball defensive player-of-the-week. Shepard, a senior from Fremont, Nebraska, had a solid start to her final year as a Warrior on the defensive end. She averaged a team-best 9.5 rebounds while collecting 5 steals in two games while averaging 32.5 minutes. In the season opener, she tied a career-high with 15 rebounds.
