2024 GPAC Men’s Soccer Postseason Tournament Field Set

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Postseason Men's Soccer Tournament will open on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, with quarterfinal round action. 

The top seed in the tournament is regular season champion Morningside (7-1-2 GPAC, 23 pts.), while Concordia is the two seed (6-0-4 GPAC, 22 pts.).  The three seed is Northwestern (6-2-2 GPAC, 20 pts.).  The fourth seed for the tournament is Midland (6-2-2 GPAC, 20 pts.).  The five seed goes to Hastings (6-2-2 GPAC, 20 pts.), with the six seed is Dordt (4-3-3 GPAC, 15 pts.).  The seventh seed is Briar Cliff (4-5-1 GPAC, 13 pts.) and the eighth seed is Dakota Wesleyan (4-6 GPAC, 12 pts.). 

Three points were awarded for every conference win, one for each tie, and no points for a conference loss in the GPAC standings.  GPAC tiebreakers were used for seeding purposes.

The semifinals will be played on Saturday, November 9, with the final on Wednesday, November 13.

The winner of the GPAC Tournament will advance, as the league's automatic representative, to the NAIA National Men's Soccer National Championship Opening Round (on November 21-23).  GPAC men's soccer only receives one automatic bid with eleven teams. 

The NAIA Men's Soccer National Championship Final Site is in Wichita, Kansas, December 2-9, 2024, at the Scheels Stryker Soccer Complex.
