Offensive – Samuel Aslesen, Dakota Wesleyan University (Forward)
Samuel Aslesen of Dakota Wesleyan University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men's basketball offensive player-of-the-week. Aslesen, a senior from Howard, South Dakota, helped lead the Tigers to a pair of wins on the road. For the week, he averaged 23.5 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. He shot over 60 percent from the field and 70 percent from the charity stripe.
Defensive – Justin Sitti, Morningside University (Guard)
Justin Sitti of Morningside University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men's basketball defensive player-of-the-week. Sitti, a senior from Omaha, Nebraska, was a stopper for the Mustangs on the defensive end of the court. In addition, he averaged 7.5 rebounds, including 10 in a tight lost at Arizona Christian. He also added three steals on the week
