Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Basketball Players-of-the-Week
Offensive – Lucas Lorenzen, Dordt University (Forward)
Lucas Lorenzen of Dordt University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men's basketball offensive player-of-the-week. Lorenzen, a junior from Milford, Iowa, connected on 69 percent of his field goal attempts in two games and was 9-16 on three-point attempts. He scored 30 points on 14 field goal attempts in a win over Concordia. He also averaged five rebounds and two assists per game on the week.
Defensive – Ben Fairclough, Dordt University (Forward)
Ben Fairclough of Dordt University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men's basketball defensive player-of-the-week. Fairclough, a senior from Perth, Australia, blocked four shots in a win over Concordia and averages 2.0 blocks per game this season. Also had 10 rebounds in the Concordia win. Is the GPAC leader in blocked shots per game.
