Week 6: GPAC Basketball Players of the Week

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Basketball Players-of-the-Week
Women – Emily TerWee, Northwestern College (Forward)
Emily TerWee of Northwestern College is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports women's basketball player-of-the-week. TerWee, a freshman from Larchwood, Iowa, picked up career-highs in both points and rebounds in Friday's win over No. 13 Dakota State. She notched her first career double-double with 28 points and 12 rebounds, and scored a career-high in points for the second straight game.
Men – Reggie Thomas, Hastings College (Guard)
Reggie Thomas of Hastings College is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men's basketball player-of-the-week. Thomas, a sophomore from Omaha, Nebraska, continues to put up gaudy offensive numbers. He scored a game-high 33 points in a victory over Dakota State. Thomas was 9-for-18 from the floor, 4-for-5 from downtown, 11-for-12 from the charity stripe all while pulling down six rebounds and dishing out four assists.
