Week 5: GPAC Basketball Players of the Week

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Basketball Players-of-the-Week
Women – Tia Murray, College of Saint Mary (Forward)
Tia Murray of the College of Saint Mary is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports women's basketball player-of-the-week. Murray, a junior from Elkhorn, Nebraska, filled up the stat sheet despite the Flames dropping a pair of conference games. On the week she averaged 25.5 points and 8.5 boards. Against Jamestown she had 26 points, 10 rebounds and a pair of blocks. She was 9-of-10 from the charity stripe against the Jimmies.
Men – Reggie Thomas, Hastings College (Guard)
Reggie Thomas of Hastings College is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men's basketball player-of-the-week. Thomas, a sophomore from Omaha, Nebraska, scored a game high 29 points while going 10-for-18 from the floor as the Broncos picked up an 80-78 win over Dordt in conference play last week. The Broncos are now 6-0 in GPAC action which is the best start since starting the conference season 5-0 back in 2013-14.
