Midland Wins the 2024 GPAC Dance Championship

(Crete, Neb.) - Midland University had a total score of 91.50 and claimed the 2024 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Dance Championship. The 2024 GPAC Dance Championship was hosted by Doane University in Crete, Nebraska, at the Haddix Center. Midland also wins the NAIA Northwest Qualifier.

Midland held the lead after the preliminaries with a score of 87.90 and posted a total score of 91.50 with a score of 92.70 in the finals.  Doane was second with a total score of 86.66 and Viterbo placed third in the qualifier group with a total score of 85.42.  For GPAC purposes, Morningside was third with a total score of 83.53.

The NAIA National Dance Championships will be in Ypsilanti, Michigan, hosted by the Ann Arbor Sports Commission & Concordia University Ann Arbor on March 29 -30, 2024.
