Bree Burtwistle, Volleyball Player of the Week (Setters)

Bree Burtwistle of Concordia is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Setter-of-the-Week. Burtwistle, a senior from Stanton, Nebraska, piled up 205 assists (12.06 per set) as No. 2 Concordia went 5-0 on the week with wins over nationally ranked foes in No. 24 Hastings and No. 6 Park. Burtwistle also added 38 digs and 10 aces for the week. The Bulldogs hit .303 for the week and averaged 14.82 kills per set.
