Week 5: GPAC Volleyball Players of the Week

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Volleyball Players-of-the-Week
Attacker – Ashley Keck, Concordia University (Outside)
Ashley Keck of Concordia University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Attacker-of-the-Week. Keck, a junior, from Kearney, Nebraska, tallied 17 kills and 21 digs while hitting .350 in fourth-ranked Concordia's straight sets win over Hastings as the Bulldogs moved to 4-0 in the GPAC. Keck polished the match off with a kill for match point. On the season, Keck is hitting .245 with 136 kills.
Setter- Tevan Erickson, Mount Marty University
Tevan Erickson of Mount Marty University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Setter-of-the-Week. Erickson, a freshman from Elkton, South Dakota, continues to pile up assists for the Lancers. She had 80 assists in a pair of matches for the Lancers averaging 10 assists/set. She had 54 assists in a five-set win over the College of Saint Mary. Additionally, she had 23 digs, five kills and a block on the week.
Defender – Ashley Keck, Concordia University (Middle)
Concordia University outside Ashley Keck is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Defender-of-the-Week. Keck, a junior, from Kearney, Nebraska, needed only three sets to pile up match highs of 21 digs and 17 kills in fourth-ranked Concordia's win over Hastings. Keck was also perfect in serve receive (18-for-18) and hit .350 from the outside. The Bulldogs moved to 4-0 in the GPAC with the win.
