Week 6: GPAC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week

Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Women's Indoor Track & Field Athletes-of-the-Week
Field Events – Rosalyn Roggasch, Doane University
Rosalyn Roggasch of Doane University is this week's field athlete-of-the-week. Roggasch, a sophomore from Kearney, Nebraska, became just the fifth Doane women's triple jumper to surpass 12 meters with a leap of 12.02m (39-05.25). She moved into the top spot in the GPAC and sits sixth in the NAIA after her winning effort at the Doane Outdoor Invite.
Track Events – Jenna Esch, Concordia University
Concordia University's Jenna Esch is this week's track athlete-of-the-week. Esch, a junior from Hastings, Nebraska, starred for three different Concordia relays at the Drake Relays. She ran a 2:16.20 split for the 4x800-meter relay that clocked an NAIA automatic national qualifying time of 9:12.95 and then ran a split of 55.7 for the 4x400-meter relay that now ranks fourth in the NAIA (3:48.16). Esch then helped the 4x200-meter relay to a school record of 1:40.76.
