2023 GPAC Women's Tennis Tournament Championship Match Set

  (Sioux City, Iowa) – The first round and semifinals of the 2023 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Women's Tennis Tournament were played on Friday in Omaha, Nebraska, at the Genesis Health Club.

Top seed Midland and two seed Morningside have advanced to Saturday's championship match in Fremont at the YMCA at 11am.

In first round action fourth seed Concordia defeated fifth seed Northwestern 4-1, while three seed Doane was a 4-0 winner over six seed College of Saint Mary.

In semifinal one top seed Midland posted a clinch win over Concordia 4-0 and two seed Morningside was a 4-0 walk off winner over Doane in semifinal two.

The Warriors were champions of the regular season with a record of 7-0. 

The champion of the postseason tournament will advance to the NAIA Women's National Tennis Championship in Mobile, Alabama, at the Mobile Tennis Center on May 16-20, 2023.
