Bulldogs Favored in 2024-25 GPAC Men’s Hoops Preseason Poll
(Sioux City, Iowa) – Concordia University totaled 94 points and is the preseason coaches’ selection to win the 2024-25 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Men’s Basketball Championship. The Bulldogs just edged out Northwestern who was picked second with 93 points. Concordia tallied six first-place votes while the Red Raiders had four.

The Bulldogs just edged out Northwestern who was picked second with 93 points. Concordia tallied six first-place votes while the Red Raiders had four.
Dordt, with 83 points and one first-place vote, was picked third. Morningside and Briar Cliff round out the top five respectively.
Hastings, Concordia and Northwestern were tri-champions of the regular season last year in the GPAC with a record of 15-5 in conference play. Hastings claimed the tournament title with a win over Morningside last season. Five teams (Northwestern, Hastings, Morningside, Dordt and Concordia) qualified for the NAIA Men's Basketball National Championship tournament in 203-24.
Points were awarded on a 10-1 basis and coaches could not vote for their own team.
