Women – Mak Hatcliff, Doane University (Guard)
Mak Hatcliff of Doane University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports women's basketball player-of-the-week. Hatcliff, a junior from Beatrice, Nebraska, averaged 26.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 3.5 steals per game. She moved into second all-time at Doane in scoring with 1,901 career points and into eight all-time in steals with 230.
Men – Matthew Stilwill, Briar Cliff University (Guard)
Matthew Stilwill of Briar Cliff University is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men's basketball player-of-the-week. Stilwill, a senior from Johnston, Iowa, averaged 34 points and shot 62% from the field and 57% from three, while converting on all of his free throw attempts last week. He scored 37 points and went 15-for-25 from the field against Dakota Wesleyan. Against Doane, Stilwill got it done on both ends of the floor, scoring 31 points and recording six steals in the win.
